The iSpecimen Marketplace® offers hematologic tissue containing hematopoietic stem and immune cells prospectively collected from U.S. donors according to US CFR and IRB requirements. Offering more choices for donor attributes such as blood type, HLA type, body mass index (BMI), gender, age, race, ethnicity, and smoking (tobacco, vape or THC). Donors are assessed for medication, lifestyle, and medical history, tested for HBV, HCV, HIV and serological tests as a minimum, with an option to test for an expanded panel of infectious diseases.
Leukopaks
Customize it. Select from a list of donor attributes such as blood type, HLA type, body mass index (BMI), gender, age, race, ethnicity, smoking (tobacco or vape or THC use) and infectious disease testing, or simply choose a standard Leukopaks.
- Full Leukopaks collection is typically >10 billion WBCs and volume of 300-500 ml
- Lead times are typically two weeks for non-mobilized leukapheresis collections

Healthy Whole Bone Marrow Aspirate
Gain one-stop access to the right cell phenotype for your application. We help by providing access to our network of donor collection centers in different geographic locations with a collectively large and diverse donor population; you select specific attributes.
- Typically >15 million cells/ml, up to 100 ml per Donor
- Option for 100 ml of fresh autologous whole blood, concurrently

You have the option of fresh healthy mobilized leukopaks or cryopreserved diagnosed mobilized leukopaks. Highly desirable due to high cell counts and celluarity, Day 1 mobilized leukopak collections can typically yield >50 billion cells and Day 2 >30 billion cells in a full leukopak.
- Lead times are typically six weeks
- Healthy donors can be mobilized daily for one to five days
